Before the ChallengeEverything runs through her

Her inbox is her to-do list, her filing cabinet, and her memory.

She opens email to answer one message and surfaces an hour later. Client requests sit next to newsletters and receipts. Nothing is lost, exactly. It just lives in her head.

THE "I'LL GET BACK TO THAT" PILEStarred messages, unread flags, and notes to self. She knows there are good conversations in there waiting on her. She just can't see them at a glance.

"I know the opportunities are in there. I just don't have a way to find them."

The inbox is holding more than it should
After two afternoonsShe knows where things go

DESTINATIONWednesday morning: you know exactly what to focus on next.

By Tuesday evening

Your inbox has a flow. Your follow-up has a rhythm. Your 2027 has a plan.

You'll have made real changes in your own business, alongside women who are building the same kind of business you are, with two guides who understand how it feels to carry everything yourself.

Reality check: the quiet after "let's talk"

Good conversations, then nothing.

People reach out.The follow-up depends on you.

Someone hears you speak. They join your list. They say "let's connect after the holidays." Then life gets busy, and whether that conversation continues depends on whether you remember. Here's what changes in two afternoons.

Before the ChallengeFollow-up lives in her memory

Every next step happens because she remembered it.

She has warm leads from events, referrals, and past clients. She means to reach back out. Some weeks she does. Some weeks client work fills every hour and the conversations go quiet.

THE SUNDAY NIGHT CATCH-UPScrolling back through emails and messages, trying to remember who she promised to check in with, and wondering who she's already missed.

"I'm not losing clients. I'm losing the conversations that would have become clients."

The opportunity is in the follow-up
After two afternoonsFollow-up has a home

Every warm conversation has a next step, and she can see it.

Together we map how people actually move from "nice to meet you" to "I'm ready," and find the exact spot where conversations tend to fade. Usually it's not the offer. It's the quiet after.

IN PLACE BY TUESDAY
  • One place where every warm lead lands and stays visible
  • A simple follow-up rhythm with messages ready to send
  • Clarity on which parts AI or a team member can support
Relationships stay warm without the mental load
The result

You stop relying on memory to grow your businessand start trusting a follow-up flow that keeps relationships warm.

Who this challenge isfor, and not for

✓This challenge is for you if

  • You're an established coach, speaker, consultant, or service provider
  • Your inbox holds client work, opportunities, and ideas all mixed together

  • You want your business to depend less on you being in every detail

✕This challenge is not for you if

  • You're just getting started and don't have clients yet
  • You're looking for a tech tutorial without the bigger picture
  • You want everything done for you without being part of the process
  • You'd rather watch than work on your own business during the sessions
  • You're looking for a quick fix instead of a sustainable way of working

Before you ask

Frequently askedquestions

Is this event really for established business owners?

Yes. Growth Clarity is designed especially for established women entrepreneurs whose businesses have grown faster than their internal systems.

Will you be teaching complicated automations?

The Challenge begins with clarity and organization. Automation works best after you know what actually needs to be automated.

Is this only about email?

No. Your inbox is one entry point. We will also address follow-up, contacts, referrals, files, digital organization, business relationships, and your CEO workflow.

What if I already have a CRM?

Come anyway. A CRM only helps when the workflow behind it works. We will look at the business process, not simply the software.

Will this help me with leads?

Yes. One of the major focuses is identifying and creating better follow-up around leads, referrals, event contacts, prospects, and existing relationships.

Is the event live?

Yes. The Growth Clarity Challenge takes place live online October 19–20, 2026.

Where will I receive the Zoom information?

Registered attendees will receive access information and event reminders before the Challenge.

Will there be an opportunity for additional support?

Yes. During the Challenge, we will explain how attendees who want deeper implementation can continue into the 3-Week Growth Clarity Build.
